All fees must be paid according to the policies outlined during registration. Refunds, credits, or transfers are issued at the discretion of Martinsville Academy and may vary by program type. Missed classes are not guaranteed make‑ups unless specifically stated.

4. Safety & Liability

Gymnastics involves physical activity and inherent risk. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Martinsville Academy, its staff, and its owners are not liable for injuries that occur due to normal athletic activity or failure to follow safety instructions.

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children before and after class times.

A signed liability waiver may be required for participation.

5. Conduct Expectations

Martinsville Academy maintains a positive, respectful environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant or visitor whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

6. Media & Photography

During classes or events, Martinsville Academy may capture photos or videos for promotional use. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing. We will honor all opt‑out requests.

7. Privacy

Information collected through registration or communication is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information or share it for marketing purposes.
