Levels 1 & 2 introduce athletes to competitive gymnastics through safe progressions, foundational technique, and confidence‑building routines. In Level 1, gymnasts learn essential acrobatic, dance, and strength elements across all events, including rolls, cartwheels, basic jumps and leaps, introductory bar skills, and simple beam balances.
As athletes move into Level 2, they begin adding more advanced skills and connections, walkovers, expanded bar elements, and stronger acro sequences. These levels focus on developing body control, rhythm, flexibility, and readiness for higher‑level competition within a supportive team environment.
